Payment of the price of your order is made either by Cash on Delivery, or by charging your credit, debit or prepaid card, or by PayPal. Accepted cards are Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
Accepted cards are those that appear as a choice in the electronic order system. In the order form you have to fill in the required details of your credit card that you are the holder, details for which you are the sole responsible for their accurate and truthful listing. Use of a third-party credit card is not allowed. The charge will be made after verification of this validity, certification of the data and availability of the balance to cover the value of your order. If such a transaction is rejected by the Bank or the relevant network in charge, the purchase does not take place. The Company bears no responsibility in the event of unauthorized use of credit cards. Transactions made through credit cards are made in a secure encrypted environment of the Bank, in an environment outside the site www.salina.gr.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery with extra charge of 2,00€ (applicable only for shipments within GREECE and in cash).
Payment of the products can be made in cash upon receipt of the products at the location you have stated in your order. You will be asked to sign the delivery receipt and deliver to the authorized courier representative the amount including shipping and cash on delivery costs.
In our online store you can pay with VISA credit or debit cards, MASTERCARD ,MAESTRO of all banks.
For this payment method, you will need to be transferred to the PAYPALL page. There you will need to follow the instructions and then complete your order on www.salina.gr

You have the right of your order withdrawal if you wish within 14 days upon receipt of the package. You attach a paper bearing the IBAN number of your bank account, which bank it belongs to and the name of the beneficiary.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and 5.00€ will be deducted from the value of the returned products.
The refund is made after the necessary quality control performed by our company. Returned damaged or stained products will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer, who will bear the respective shipping expenses of the returned product.
Any product returns shall be accepted provided that:
- Product is in its original state
- Product is not stained or damaged
- Special markings attached to the product have not been removed (guards, tab stops, labels)
- The package is accompanied by the Purchase Receipt originally sent to you.
You return the package using ONLY ELTA, door-to-door courier (call 11120)
No shipments by ordinary mail or any other courier are accepted
We reimburse the value of the products and not the shipping and Cash on Delivery costs.
Refund is NOT possible for any products you purchased at a discount on the periods of Black Friday and other discount periods.
