SHIPPING & TRANSPORTATION
The shipping costs for all Greece is 3.50€.
By choosing Cash on Delivery as a payment method, you pay the order on receipt to the courier’s partner with an additional charge of 2.00€ (3.50€+2.00€=5.50€ Cash on Delivery Expenses)
Once the order is processed, we make sure that it is shipped out from our premises on the same or next working day.
Once the package is shipped out, you receive an e-mail with the shipping number so that you can trace it.
For purchases over 50.00€, shipping costs are free of charge.
SHIPPING METHODS
Product Deliveries take place only in the Greek territory, within two – three (2-3) working days through PORTA PORTA ELTA COURIER upon confirmation of the order. In order to complete the provision of the service, you consent to the disclosure of your necessary personal information (name, address, telephone number) to ELTA COURIER to finalize the delivery.
The products are distributed from 9:00 to 18:00. Monday to Friday. Once the order reaches the delivery address, you will be asked to sign in to complete the delivery.
If the goods arrive at their destination and there is no person to receive them, then the partner courier will make two more attempts in the next business days to deliver the product to you, leaving you a notification to contact their representative. The time period for you to contact them and ask them to resend the product to you is 3 working days. After the specific time frame elapses, the product is automatically returned to our warehouses.
In case the information you entered in the form is not correct, the Company bears no responsibility for the non-delivery.
TIPS for your convenience:
- Fill in your mobile phone
- In the comments section of your order, please indicate whatever you think it may be useful (e.g. name in the door bell, preferred delivery times).
- You can also pick up your order at your workspace provided that you let us know the company name.
- There are no deliveries on holidays and weekends.
RETURN OF FALSE PRODUCT
In case the product delivered to you is false, i.e. it is not the product your ordered or it is defective, you may contact our online store within 14 days from the date of its receipt via mail: info@salina.gr or via phone Nr +30 2310 265893 to schedule the receipt of the false product at our expense and to finalize the delivery of the right product you have ordered (including shipping costs) .
SALINA will do its best to replace the product you returned, either the product is found defective, or the wrong product code has been sent to you.
In case it is not possible to replace the returned product due to unavailability, we will contact you offering you alternatives.
Refunds are sent exclusively via porta-porta ELTA courier at our expense upon request.
In case you choose shipment with another courier company, we bear no responsibility to receive the package or cover the shipping costs.

RETURNS – REPLACEMENTS
SALINA guarantees that the products offered in the online store are in excellent condition. However, you can return the entire order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Any product returns are accepted, provided that:
- Product is in its original state
- The product is not stained or damaged
- Special markings on the product (pads, labels, etc.) have not been removed
The return will be accepted only with the approval of our company.
The cost of the return of the product is 5,00€ and is borne by the customer. The returns are shipped exclusively through the DOOR-DOOR ELTA COURIER (CALL AT 11120)
